1. Cancellation Policy

1. All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations for personal reasons are not permitted.
3. Failure to complete the full payment within the specified time will result in automatic cancellation, and any deposit paid will be forfeited.

2. Rescheduling Policy (Force Majeure Only)

1. Rescheduling is permitted only in cases of force majeure, including:
2. Death (with official proof)
3. Government decisions preventing access to the chalet
4. Rescheduling is subject to availability only.
5. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6. The company bears no responsibility for the lessee’s personal circumstances.
